Booking & Payment
Mini sessions are $150 and include a 20-minute photography session and five edited digital images. Selecting a time through Calendly does not guarantee your spot. Full payment is required to secure your session. Payment must be completed within 2 hours of receiving your payment link; unpaid time slots may be released after that deadline.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to be ready for your session on time. Late arrivals will shorten your session to avoid delaying other clients. If you arrive too late to complete your session, it may be treated as a missed appointment and will not be refunded.

Cancellations & Refunds
All client payments are non-refundable. if an emergency arises or you need to cancel your scheduled session, Please contact us via email at Oriana.fullm00n@gmail.com or text at 706-707-8911 as soon as possible.

Weather & Rescheduling
Because sessions take place outdoors, weather conditions may affect your session. We will make the final decision if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for photography. If the mini sessions must be postponed due to weather, a rescheduled Mini session date will be offered. If the mini sessions must be cancelled due to Unforeseen circumstances on our end, all payments will be refunded. Light cloud cover or overcast skies will not automatically result in a cancellation.

Liability & Personal Responsibility
By participating in this mini session, I acknowledge that walking outdoors throughout the session may involve inherent risk, including uneven terrain, weather conditions, and surrounding natural elements. clients are responsible for their own safety and for supervising their children and any accompanying guests throughout the session. to the extent permitted by applicable law, clients agree to assume responsibility for risks associated with their participation and visit, and release Oriana padron with full moon magic and the lake claire community land trust from liability for injuries, losses, or damages, arising from participation in the session.

Pets
well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome! clients are responsible for their pets’ Behavior supervision, and cleanup, including injuries or damage caused by their pets. Client understands their Mini session may end early if any pet(s) in their session pose safety concerns at any point.

Image Delivery & Usage
Your package includes five edited images available for digital download. if available, additional images may be purchased separately at $20 per image or $75 for Each set of 5 additional images. Reach out to inquire about purchasing more edited images from your mini session. Images will be returned by 11/30/2026, however, they can be ready for you by 11/25/2026 if you desire them before Thanksgiving, for an Expedited fee of $50.

Community Donation
Twenty percent of each completed, paid mini session will be donated to Lake Claire Community Land Trust. THANK YOU for your donation!!
